Overview

The Mason condos are a product of Brookfield Residential and were built in 2016-2017. These “beachy, brownstone flats” provide a mix of modern and traditional elements, and have a close resemblance to an earlier development by Brookfield, called Camden.

The Mason condos are approximately 200 square feet larger than its Camden counterparts, and are being located further into Phase 2 and closer to The Resort as well as the restaurants and retail options at Runway!

This is a no-cost registration and will secure your place in line should you decide later that you want to buy (or not). The earlier your time-stamp, the higher up you’ll be on the list.
