Overview

ICON at Playa Vista is a development of 62 luxury single family homes with a variety of designs from Transitional to Spanish. Built around a well-landscaped park, these gorgeous homes have four different layouts ranging from 2-5 bedrooms and from approx. 3,200 to 3,700 square feet.

ICON homes have sizable master bedrooms and bathrooms, closets, and family room spaces off the kitchen. Other rooms include downstairs bedrooms or offices/media rooms, and many also have an elevator installed. A nice side yard and exterior balcony spaces make these great for entertaining. Garages are up to 4-car capacity.

CIELO at Playa Vista is a collection of homes that was finished by Lennar Homes in 2012. This project added the final 26 architectural and modern style residences to the ICON development. These are 3-4 bedroom, detached homes featuring up to 4.5 bathrooms and 2-3 car garages. They range in size from approx. 3,202 sqft to 3,899 sqft. With large kitchens and spacious family rooms, these homes are great for entertaining and bring to life the luxuries of residing in Playa Vista.

This joint-development appears as one, and both ICON & CIELO homes are nearby the Playa Vista Public Library, as well as The Centerpointe Club, which features a junior Olympic sized pool, a smaller children’s pool, spa, fitness center with cardio machines & weights, locker room facilities, and a business center. It also has meetings rooms, a movie theater and entertainment hall available, with reservation, to residents.

All Playa Vista residents enjoy access to the local Beach shuttle, and the proximity to LAX, Marina del Rey, etc.

The highly rated Playa Vista Elementary School is also located within Playa Vista, although admission to the school should be verified before buying or leasing in the community.
