Josh was a superior agent in assisting us with our home purchase. We were relocating from Germany to Orange County, and he personally went to view homes for us while we were still in Europe. He sent us videos and pictures as well as providing neighborhood information. Even after we had flown to California to house hunt in person and selected the house we wanted to buy, he spent a few extra days showing us other properties to ensure we were completely comfortable with our decision. He negotiated an extremely good deal for us and provided extremely professional representation even though the selling agent was very difficult to work with.
