Dear Playa Vista Neighbors:
The owners of Rossoblu and Superfine Pizza, Steve and Dina Sampson, have plans for a new eatery in Playa Vista!
The incoming eatery will be a full-service restaurant, serving the same NY-style pies as Superfine Pizza does, with additional options such as pasta, “wood-grilled proteins” and vegetable-based dishes that would include produce from the Playa Vista Farmers Market.
Seating capacities will be 86 seats inside and 60 seats outside. The restaurant will be open for dinner, as well as brunch on the weekend. Eventually, they will add lunch service during the week.
The new owners, also residents of the Playa Vista community, are excited to be opening in the Playa Vista area. Superfine Playa will be located at 12746 W Jefferson Blvd, the same location where Bull & Butterfly previously operated.
