Overview

Chatelaine in Playa Vista is located on Crescent Park West, just across from the Ballona Wetlands, and nestled between 3 Playa Vista parks, most notably Crescent Park. Originally built in 2005, Chatelaine is widely considered to be Playa Vista Phase 1’s most luxurious building. All units range in size from approx. 1,600 sqft to 2,850 sqft. The majority units are single-story condos, although there are a few that are townhome style.

The floor plans feature open layouts with natural light given the large windows. Designer finishes are commonplace and there are only 45-units in the entire building, making it one of Playa Vista’s most exclusive and intimate buildings.

All Playa Vista residents enjoy access to the local Beach shuttle, and the proximity to LAX, Marina del Rey, etc.

The highly rated Playa Vista Elementary School is also located within Playa Vista, although admission to the school should be verified before buying or leasing in the community.
