The design of Villa Savona is very similar to its sister building, Villa d’Este. It displays many of the same design characteristics from the Italian Villa era, including turrets, spiral staircases, and arched and tiled alcoves. These condos are one and two story versions of these old mansions.
Many of these units have wrought-iron balconies that provide ample natural light into the condo.

The highly rated Playa Vista Elementary School is also located within Playa Vista, although admission to the school should be verified before buying or leasing in the community.
